Return Eligibility

  1. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  2. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  3. You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the purchase date. You can reach us via contact form or by emailing info@herbvitals.com. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if your return is approved. This RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging, and ship it to the address provided with your RA number.
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  5. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide instructions on returning the item at our expense.

Non-Returnable Items
